SHIPPING METHODS:
All Orders are shipped by UPS Ground. We also offer "blind drop shipping" to third-parties. We ship only within the continental United States - we do not ship international.

RETURN POLICY:
If you have a fragrance that does not sell, send back and, with your next order, will replace. Returns, other than exchanges, subject to 20% restocking fee, plus all original shipping charges deducted from any refund. Customer responsible for shipping costs to return products. NO EXCEPTIONS. In event of breakage or damage, all claims of damage must be made within 24 hours. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM PURCHASE.
